How to do a lash lift at home

How to do a lash lift at home?

A lash lift is a beauty treatment that gives your lashes a natural curl and lift without the use of mascara, eyelash curlers, or eyelash extensions. The result is a seductive look that lasts up to 8 weeks!

In this step-by-step guide, we explain how you can perform a lash lift at home with our handy “do it yourself” lash lift kit. Our lash lift kit contains everything you need for a perfect lash lift: glue, pads, lotions, and a brush. The set is simple and safe to use, and you can do it yourself or with a friend.

Step 1: Prepare

Before you begin, wash your face, remove any makeup, and take out your contact lenses. You may also be advised to stop wearing mascara a few days before your procedure to prevent residue buildup.

Step 2: Apply the pads

Choose the right size silicone pads for your lashes. There are three sizes: S, M, and L. The smaller the size, the more curl you’ll get. Apply a little glue to the back of the pads and stick them to your upper eyelids, as close as possible to your lash line. Make sure the pads fit well to your eye shape and that there are no air bubbles underneath.

Step 3: Stick your lashes down

Apply a little glue to the front of the pads and use the brush to comb your lashes over the pads and stick them down. Make sure your lashes are well spread out and straight, and that they all touch the pads. Let the glue dry for about a minute.

Step 4: Apply the lotions

Apply the perm lotion to your lashes with a cotton swab or a microbrush. Avoid contact with your skin or eyes. Cover your lashes with a piece of plastic wrap and let the lotion work for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness and length of your lashes. Then remove the wrap and the lotion with a dry cotton swab or a microbrush.

Apply the fixing lotion to your lashes with a cotton swab or a microbrush. Avoid contact with your skin or eyes. Cover your lashes again with a piece of plastic wrap and let the lotion work for 10 to 15 minutes. Then remove the wrap and the lotion with a dry cotton swab or a microbrush.

Step 5: Remove the glue and pads

Apply the glue remover to a microbrush or cotton swab and carefully remove the glue from the lashes. Then gently detach the lashes from the pads. Do the same with the pad, carefully remove the glue that sticks it to your skin and remove the pad. Then apply the nourishing lotion to your lashes with a cotton swab or a microbrush. This lotion hydrates and protects your lashes. Comb your lashes with the brush and admire your beautiful lash lift!

Step 6: Apply nourishing lotion

Apply the nourishing lotion to your lashes with a cotton swab or a microbrush. This lotion hydrates and protects your lashes. Comb your lashes with the brush and admire your beautiful lashes. Be careful, make sure your lashes do not get wet for the first 24 hours for the best result.
