Shipping & delivery time

At MyBrow, all standard orders within the Netherlands are delivered by PostNL. This means that all orders placed on working days before 3 p.m. will probably be delivered the next working day. You will always receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code, so you can see exactly when your order will be delivered. We ship all orders before 3 p.m. on the same day.

PLEASE NOTE! As we are dependent on the postal services, delivery times may sometimes be slightly longer due to unforeseen circumstances (such as busy periods or holiday periods).

Has your package gone missing

If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact our customer service. We will then find out the status of your order as soon as possible.

Not at home? No problem!

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, there are three possible options:

  1. The postman will leave a note in your letterbox with a code that you can use to specify a new delivery date and, if necessary, a different location via the internet.
  2. The package will be delivered to your neighbors. You will be notified of this by means of a note in your letterbox.
  3. If he or she is unable to deliver the package (to your neighbors), it will be taken to the nearest collection point. You can collect the package there from the following day within three weeks, upon presentation of your ID.

Shipping costs:

All orders are shipped free of charge within Spain. If you live in the rest of the EU, the shipping cost is €7.95 per order.

Different rates apply to partners. This must be arranged separately.

Partners receive free shipping on orders over €125. Below this amount, the normal shipping costs apply. (€5.95 for Spain, €7.95 for the rest of the EU)

Want to have a gift delivered?

We deliver your order to any address you want: your workplace, family, friends, or neighbors. Please specify the desired address with each order. If you do not specify a different delivery address, the package will be sent to the billing address.

During the checkout process, you can indicate whether you want your order gift-wrapped and add a personal message if desired.

I entered the wrong delivery address. What now?

Please contact our customer service immediately. There are three possibilities:

  1. Your package is still with us and we will change the address: No problem.
  2. Your package has already been processed or shipped and the delivery service still has it: We will contact the delivery service. We will ask them to deliver the package to the correct address. If that is not possible, we will ask them to return it to us. We will then send it to you. Unfortunately, this is not always possible.
  3. Your package has already been processed or shipped and the delivery service has already delivered it: In this case, there is nothing more we can do for you.
